Using the information gathered, including blueprints and design services, we gather estimates from our subcontractors and vendors. This information is used to create a detailed specifications sheet and estimate.
Your construction package is shared including blueprints, the specifications sheet, contract, and warranty information. Upon review and acceptance, your dream home is on its way to becoming a reality.
